The MAN 27.365 VFAEG 8x8 is a robust used recovery truck with German registration, originally registered in 1989. This model has a low mileage of only 14,965 kilometers. Built for heavy-duty performance, it features an 8x8 wheel configuration with a wheelbase of 1.93 m + 3.2 m + 1.5 m, ensuring stability and excellent off-road capabilities. Powered by the potent M.A.N type D2840 MFG V-10 diesel engine, this truck delivers 365 horsepower at 2300 RPM. The powertrain includes a ZF synchromesh 8-speed gearbox and a ZF torque converter clutch. With a maximum speed of 90 km/h and a substantial fuel capacity of 418 liters, it is well-suited for extended missions. Its towing and lifting capabilities are enhanced by an Atlas crane capable of 20 tonnes controlled remotely, a 9000 kg winch, and a Holmes towing device with a lifting capacity of 17,500 kg. Located on the right-hand drive with an electrical system of 24 volts, the vehicle rests on 16.00 x 20 tyres, with capabilities to handle front and rear loads of 15,000 kg and 18,000 kg, respectively. The braking system consists of air 2 circuit and air over hydraulic brakes, ensuring safe and controlled operations even in challenging conditions. With these features, the MAN 27.365 VFAEG 8x8 is a reliable choice for demanding recovery operations.
