- Complete steel structure automatically shot-blasted after welding in a wheel-blasting system
- Second shot-blasting with corundum for optimum coating adhesion
- HRM metallization of entire chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminium) for maximum corrosion protection
- Final painting with 2 layers of 2K topcoat, single-colour in RAL 3002 Carmine Red, rear section metallized and painted in RAL 9010 Pure White
- Metallic finish not available
- Paint structure tested in salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS
- Internal cavities sealed with special wax

Including the following accessories:
- On the gooseneck and rear, left and right, one holder for warning signs each, including socket
