When Westfalia built its first motorhome, the Windrose, in 1951 on behalf of a British officer, the assignment was clear: to create a vehicle that would be practical for daily use as well as for leisure and holidays. The standard set by the engineers over 70 years ago with the SO23 also served as a foundation for the development of the Westfalia Amundsen models. The result, among others, is the 600D, which quickly set a benchmark due to its attractive pricing.

The first registered owner of the vehicle was Westfalia GmbH itself. At the beginning of 2023, it was handed over to its last owner, who has since upgraded to a semi-integrated motorhome. We then included the vehicle in our rental fleet for the 2025 season.

The vehicle is covered by an extended warranty for 24 months until 07/2026, which applies to the entire vehicle including all fixtures and fittings. All financial risks are therefore completely covered. You cannot buy with less risk.

If you are interested in additional accessories such as a safe or an inverter, we are happy to offer these as well.

Of course, we also have a permanent exhibition with further Knaus / Weinsberg / Tabbert vehicles on display.
