The truck lift platform is a state-of-the-art multi-ram system with two lifting units, one of which is movable. It is delivered as a pre-assembled plug & play complete solution in an installation cassette and has already been tested, enabling fast and straightforward commissioning.

Construction and Safety
The telescopic lifting units are characterized by extremely high bending and torsional stiffness, compliant with EN 1493, achieved by using innovative square SQUARE rams. The square rams are torsion-resistant and feature a durable, low-friction special nickel coating, reducing maintenance and increasing service life. The built-in safety double-hydraulic cylinder system provides additional stability and protection. The entire ram guide system is designed to be robust and low-maintenance. Operational safety is ensured by two separate hydraulic circuits and electronic pressure and leak monitoring.

Operation and Control
The lift is operated via a portable touchscreen control unit displaying all relevant data and information clearly. An electronic synchronization control ensures even lifting of the vehicle, regardless of the pick-up point. A signal lamp assists safe lifting and lowering operations. In case of power failure, a battery-operated emergency lowering device is integrated.

Features and Flexibility
The platform features an extremely stable roll cover made of aluminium profile segments with a non-slip surface, drive-over capable for wheel loads up to 7,000 kg and with a width of 930 mm. The flexible plug-in pickup system allows reception of very wide and low vehicles. A CE-compliant pinch and shear protection device provides additional safety.
