Tank
Tank material: AlMg 4.5 Mn, design, manufacturing and acceptance according to the applicable pressure vessel ordinance.
Filling openings with stainless steel screw caps, flush-mounted inside, quantity 5, Ø 450 mm, including rubber pads.
Ladder, walking platform and folding railing on the left, pneumatically operated from below, folding railing mounted in Teflon bushings.
Ladder and folding railing anodized, all elements made of non-corrosive materials.
CPO outlet DN 800/150, aluminum-anodized, with stainless steel ring nozzle, folding/swiveling.
Shut-off valve with DN 150, Storz A connection.

Air distribution system
Air line pipe 2" on the right, in polished stainless steel.
Air distribution pipe 4", prepared for filter insert and second safety valve.
Air supply, auxiliary air, and aeration controlled via air shut-off valves in full stainless steel design with silicone seal.
Compressor air connection via hose DN 65 Storz B, with hose box.
Air supply and connection hoses from the air distribution pipe to the aeration and auxiliary air, removable with Storz C coupling.
Air connection hose DN 65 between air line pipe and air distribution pipe, removable with Storz B coupling.

Axle unit, braking system
Air suspension incl. lifting/lowering device and stroke limitation.
Axle unit BPW Airlight Plus ET 120, spring brake parking brake, ABS with electronic control (EBS) in 2S/2M configuration (legal requirement 2S/1M) and electronic stability program (RSS), disc brake, Ø 370 mm.
Brake design: axle unit 27.00 tons, saddle load 13.00 tons.

6 aluminum rims, Alcoa dura bright, bolt hole Ø 26 mm, ET 120.

Hydraulic connections in front of the saddle coupling, pressure-right-1/2" (15 L), return-left-3/4" (22 L), (hydraulic couplings Hansaflex), incl. swiveling stainless steel bracket.
Design according to European Machinery Directive.
Support at the frame end mechanically.

Additional equipment
1 loading pipe DN 100 with Storz A safety coupling, mounted on the front left.
1 vibrator, manufacturer Webac VR 78, mounted on the rear of the tank, operated on the rear right.
Exhaust hose on the tank vent valve 2" led downwards, with tapered silencer 2", aluminum.
