Frame: Steel welded construction with a front frame bend, front corners beveled and bevel at the rear, access ramp with excavator bucket recess in the middle = recess at the rear between the longitudinal beams, approx. 2,300 mm long.

Integrated into the outer frame: 4 pairs of approx. 4 t lashing bars, 7 pairs of recessed, retractable approx. 10 t lashing rings (2x on the elevated platform, 1x in the front bend slope, 3x in the low bed between the wheel recesses and 1x in the access ramp).

2 pairs of wheel recesses: 1 pair of wheel recesses, approx. 2,300/1,270 x 400 mm (L1/L2 x W), in front of the bend including a single-piece, drive-over aluminum cover, for a max. surface load of approx. 11,650 daN/piece. 1 pair of wheel recesses, approx. 1,390/590 x 270 mm (L1/L2 x W), between the 3rd and 4th axles including a single-piece, drive-over aluminum cover, suitable for the transport of wheel loaders with a wheelbase of approx. 2,700 - 3,600 mm, with a wheel diameter of approx. 1,485 - 1,740 mm, wheel loader overhang at the rear max. 2,220 mm. Width between the wheel recesses approx. 1,255 mm (= outer/outer longitudinal beams). Reinforced ball race turntable for a total weight of 44 t.

Frame attachments: 5 pairs of receiving pockets in the outer frame for rectangular tube supports approx. 100 x 50 x 5 mm (3x in the low bed and 2x on the elevated platform). 4 pairs of foldable approx. 10 t lashing rings, arrangement: 1 pair at the front on the elevated platform, inside the longitudinal beams, 1 pair at the very back in the excavator bucket recess on the left and right. 1 pair at the front on the elevated platform in front of the bend, inside the longitudinal beams, 1 pair in the low bed at the rear in front of the access ramp, in the excavator bucket recess on the left and right.

Coupling device: Fixed drawbar with approx. 50 mm heavy-duty tow hitch, curved design, silent block bearing, drawbar retaining spring with tensioner. Truck coupling height from approx. 775 mm to approx. 975 mm. Drawbar length approx. 1,800 mm.

Support system: 2 hydraulic supports at the rear - individually operable, control unit housed in its own stainless steel box.

Axles: SAF air suspension lowboy axles with drum brakes, load capacity approx. 11 t/axle. S-cam brake approx. 300/200 mm, automatic brake linkage adjuster.

Wheels: 16 tires 245/70 R 17.5, 146/146F, manufacturer Conti HTR2. 16 steel rims 6.75 x 17.5, with offset, painted black. Black plastic wheel nut covers.

Braking system/suspension: Two-line compressed air braking system according to ECE Directive R13, braking system manufactured by Wabco, EBS system 4S3M, 1st + 3rd axle sensed, RSS/RSP - stability program, spring brake parking brake on 3rd + 4th axle, aluminum air tank, brake/air connection lines with 2 single coupling heads yellow/red, EBS/ABS connection cable, rubber band as a holder for EBS and electrical plugs, air suspension with lifting and lowering device, operable separately at the front and rear, automatic adjustment to programmed driving level from 15 km/h.

Floor: Softwood floor approx. 50 mm, impregnated, protruding approx. 5 - 10 mm above the frame top edge, steel tear plate covering over the rear wheels.

Ramps: 2 foldable 2-part steel access ramps, hydraulically foldable, slope approx. 10 degrees, length approx. 2,750 + 1,350 mm, width approx. 800 mm, with hardwood floor approx. 50 mm impregnated.
