Painting: Complete steel structure automatically blasted with a shot blasting system after welding. Second blasting with corundum for optimal adhesion of the coating system. Final coating with 2 layers of 2K topcoat, solid color in RAL 3002 Carmine Red according to the RAL 841GL system. Rear part is metallic and painted in RAL 9010 (pure white). Rims in silver. Coating tested in a salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS. Sealing of cavities with special wax.
