Ford Transit Hehn 540 Alcove Motorhome – ready for travel – many extras, new TÜV/emission test and gas inspection, valid until 06/28!

We are selling our cozy motorhome with a Hehn 540 alcove body on a solid Ford Transit base with the indestructible 2.5 TD engine (86 hp), year of manufacture 1995, due to switching to a different model.

The alcove features a sleeping area for 2 people, with the mattress resting on the Berger Sentina Mobil by Froli bed system.
The motorhome has a separate bathroom with a toilet (emptiable from the outside) and a sink, which has its own water tank.

The kitchen is equipped with:

- Cooktop
- Sink with extra water tank
- A compressor refrigerator with freezer function, powered by a 12V on-board power supply and can also be operated on 230V mains power.

A Maxxfan has been installed in the alcove for ventilation. All windows are equipped with fly screens and blackout blinds.
In addition, a storage compartment air conditioning unit ensures pleasant, cool, and quiet nights, especially in warmer climates; the alcove is also connected to the air conditioning system, which can also be used for heating thanks to the heat pump.

The motorhome is ready for travel. Wheel bearings and front brakes were recently renewed. TÜV and gas inspection have been renewed.

Known weaknesses of this model year have already been addressed:

- Fuel injection pump renewed
- EGR valve renewed
- Front brakes and wheel bearings renewed

The vehicle has summer tires; winter tires on separate rims are included. There is also a folder with various documents and operating manuals.

The condition is appropriate for its age; signs of wear are naturally present.

Inspection and test drive are highly recommended; the vehicle is still registered until mid-July 26 and can be test driven at any time.
