Mounting brackets for CITY hook systems according to DIN 30722-3 with rear external rollers and a subframe made of UNP 140. External rollers are lubricatable and replaceable. Mounting bracket Ø 35 mm, hook height 900 mm. Transition from the subframe to the end wall support is reinforced with 10 mm knee plates. Base pan made of 4 mm St 37.2 (S235JR). Side walls made of 3 mm St 37.2 (S235JR). Closing profile made of sturdy rectangular tube. Design without spars. Double-leaf door with Dutch door closure and lateral safety central locking according to UVV. Door closure with container door opening aid. All-around tarpaulin and net hooks. Galvanized ladder according to UVV on the front. Container is primed once on the inside, primed twice on the outside, and painted twice in a single color on the outside. Container warning markings according to DIN 67520 Part 2 / DIN 6171 Part 1. UVV stickers with safety instructions. Container tested and approved according to UVV (formerly BGR 186).
