Structure and chassis

The trailer has two braked KNOTT axles, a drawbar coupling with 2,500 kg capacity, tires 195/50 R13C, four shock absorbers, a robust, fully galvanized chassis with a V-shaped drawbar, a sturdy jockey wheel, and four support legs for a secure stand.

The walls and roof are made of thermally insulated XPS foam. The outer layer is made of white polyester laminate. The edges, walls, and roof are reinforced with aluminum profiles.

The trailer has a large sales flap on the right side with gas spring supports, a lockable entrance door at the front, and an additional service door.

Interior design

The interior is modern and lined with black interior film. The furniture is in black and beige and includes a base cabinet with drawers, a wall cabinet above the sink, a pocket shelf, and a cash register drawer.

The work surfaces and the side wall in the work area are made of circular marble-patterned stainless steel. In addition, a 6 mm tempered safety glass is installed as a splash guard.

Water, hygiene, and electricity

The water supply consists of two single sinks, two 20-liter water tanks, a faucet, a water heater, and a water pump.

The hygiene package includes two soap dispensers and a paper towel dispenser.

The electrical system includes a 400 V / 16 A external input socket, a distribution box for 230 V / 400 V with an RCD, and several 230 V double sockets.
