- 110mm pipe prepared for a toilet
- 40mm pipe prepared for a sink

Outside:
- 2 power outlets, 230V
- 1 switch + cable
- Water tap with Gardena connection. A ball valve is also located inside to shut off the water.
- Lock with key
- 12x3 meter canopy made of thermally curved, transparent polyester panels. Wooden frame on the outside; the other frame beam is attached to the sea container.
