1. General & Structural Features
Delivery Condition: Fully assembled (also available as a flatpack / kit upon request).
Dimensions: 200 x 200 cm | Interior Height: 220 cm.
Walls & Roof: 5 cm GRP sandwich panel (Glass-Reinforced Plastic with high-quality polystyrene insulation).
Color: RAL 9002 (Grey White).
Quality Standard: All materials used are brand new, premium grade, and manufactured according to European industry standards.
2. Doors & Windows (Insulated Glass & White PVC Profiles)
Sliding Window (1 unit): 120 x 100 cm, double-sash (sliding right/left), white PVC frame (premium brand quality such as Adopen, Kompen, Fıratpen, or equivalent).
Fixed Window (2 units): 120 x 100 cm, fixed pane, white PVC frame (in identical brand quality).
Door (1 unit): 90 x 200 cm, white PVC, half-glazed. Includes cylinder lock with 3 keys.
Glazing: All windows and the door panel are equipped with high-quality double glazing (insulated glass).
Floor Plan & Layout: An individual floor plan / technical sketch showing the exact layout of the door and windows will automatically be attached to your quote.
3. Electrical Installation (Fully Pre-assembled)
Interior: 2 power outlets, 1 light switch, and 1 efficient LED interior light.
External Connection: Pre-assembled 32A CEE inlet socket (male, 5-pin) on the exterior wall for easy plug-and-play connection.

4. Frame, Floor & Transport Features
Support Structure: Galvanized steel frame with a minimum profile thickness of 2 mm.
Floor Construction: Robust OSB board topped with durable, anthracite-colored PVC flooring (Mineflo).
Logistics Preparation: Integrated crane lifting eyes on the roof as well as forklift pockets/slots on the base frame for easy unloading and moving on-site.


5. Logistics, Customs & Unloading
Direct Factory Shipping: Production takes place at our main facility in Turkey. Goods are loaded directly and dispatched via the fastest route to your specified address.

All-Inclusive Customs Clearance: Our in-house customs department handles all import and customs clearance procedures for you. Delivery is made punctually by the agreed date.

Assembly Options: Standard delivery is fully assembled. Unassembled delivery as a flatpack including a detailed assembly guide is available upon request.

On-Site Unloading: Unloading is the responsibility of the customer. Due to the weight (approx. 1,000 kg), a forklift or crane is required. (Upon request, we are happy to connect you with local logistics and unloading partners).

6. Payment Terms & Delivery Time
Business Customers (B2B): 50% advance payment upon order confirmation (Proforma Invoice), 50% remaining balance prior to shipment.

Payment Methods: Bank Transfer (SEPA), VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Revolut Business, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

Invoicing: An official EU commercial invoice will be issued immediately upon receipt of payment.

Delivery Time: The average delivery time is approximately 20 business days after order receipt.
