SUPERSTRUCTURE

The water tank with a volume of 7000 liters, supported by elastic supports.
The construction is made of aluminum profiles and aluminum sheet.
There are 4 side compartments and one at the back with roller doors and with protection against external influences and external locking in accordance with EN 1846-2.
Access to the equipment is in accordance with EN 1846-2.

WATER TANK

The volume of the water tank is 7000 liters and is supported by the auxiliary frame and elastic supports, which prevent torsional twisting on the main supporting frame.
The water tank has:
- 500 mm diameter inspection cover, placed at the top, opening from the upper part of the superstructure.
- Connection for supplying the pump with water Ø 110 mm
- On the side, a connection for filling the tank with water from a hydrant Ø 75 mm
- Drainage connection for water discharge Ø 52 mm on the lowest part of the tank with ball valve
- Overflow system and an air vent
- Electric water level gauge

The tank has a guarantee of 10 years in operation. Chlorine must not be poured into the tank.

FOAM TANK

The foam tank with a volume of 200 liters is made of plastic material (GRP), square in shape.
The outlet connector for the pump mixer is Ø 25 mm in diameter. The foam drainage connector is Ø 25 mm.

FIRE PUMP

The combined medium- and high-pressure fire pump is located in a storage compartment at the rear of the vehicle and is fixed to the supporting frame of the superstructure. It is made in accordance with EN 1028

MONITOR NOOZLE

Monitor Alco Nr. 31476238 Ø75 mm, water + foam with flow of 2000 lit/min at 8 bar with monitor nozzle Alco MZV 1200/500 EVO Nr. 31474540 is positioned on the roof of the superstructure and can be operated manually.
Technical characteristics:
• water capacity with adjustable flow nozzle: Q = 2000 l/min at 8 bar

Water installation

Water installation is made of stainless steel pipes protected from the outside by painting.

Suction line:
-Ø 110 mm, for external water withdrawal, with stable and blind Storz "A" couplings,
- Suction line Ø 110 mm with gate valve for supplying water from the tank to the pump.
