Chassis and Frame

The trailer features two braked KNOTT axles, an overrun device with a 2,500 kg capacity, 195/50 R13C tires, four shock absorbers, a robust, fully galvanized chassis with a V-shaped drawbar, a sturdy support wheel, and four outrigger supports for stable positioning.

The walls and roof are made of thermally insulated XPS foam. The outer layer is made of white polyester laminate. The edges, walls, and roof are reinforced with aluminum profiles.

The trailer has a large sales flap on the right side with gas spring supports, a lockable entrance door at the front, and an additional service door.

Interior Design

The interior is modern in design and lined with black interior film. The furniture is in black and beige and includes a base cabinet with drawers, a wall cabinet above the sink, a pocket storage compartment, and a cash drawer.

The work surfaces and the side wall in the work area are made of circular-veined stainless steel. Additionally, a 6 mm tempered safety glass is installed as a splash guard.

Water, Sanitation, and Electricity

The water supply consists of two separate sinks, two 20-liter water tanks, a faucet, a water heater, and a water pump.

The electrical system includes a 400 V / 16 A external input socket, a distribution box for 230 V / 400 V with an RCD (residual current device), and several 230 V double sockets.

Two rows of spotlights are installed for lighting. Additionally, the trailer has concealed ambient lighting around the upper perimeter.
