The truck (2008) and living unit (2014) are in excellent condition.
The M.A.N. TGX 18.360 has been perfectly maintained and, under relatively light working conditions, has reached its current and very low mileage of 400,890 km. When stored, it is kept indoors in a heated, dry space. The truck is equipped with air suspension on both axles and the EBS braking system, which means it has ABS and ASR (anti-slip control with a similar function to a differential lock).
The base of the living unit is made by Krone. It is extremely strong and stable.
The tanks for fresh water (735 liters), gray water (690 liters), and black water (200 liters) are made of durable, algae-resistant plastic, specifically for this vehicle, and were custom-made by a specialized company. The material has food-grade certification and does not absorb any taste or odor. All tanks also have bulkheads.
The LPG tank for heating, cooking, refrigeration, and hot water has a capacity of 100 liters.
The shower and toilet provide a high level of comfort. The toilet has a 24V macerator and discharges separately into the black water tank. There are no odors from the black water tank, either inside or around the truck, so no odor-masking agents need to be added to this tank.
The electrical and gas systems meet the highest safety standards. Wherever possible, the installation is in 24V, and otherwise in a stabilized 12V. Wherever possible, Mastervolt equipment has been used for the electrical installation. The Bosch service batteries have a capacity of 2 x 230Ah. The electrical installation of the living unit and the truck are separate.
Solid construction and professional insulation prevent moisture problems.
The truck is insured as a camper and is also subject to low taxes.
