Interior design / usage concept

The interior has been designed for professional catering operations and is clearly divided into a kitchen and a guest lounge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is separated from the guest area by a counter and has its own entrance at the front right. Sales are made both through an exterior service hatch and at the counter inside.

• 3-group commercial espresso machine (gas or electric)
• 5-burner commercial gas stove
• Convection oven
• Double sink
• 110 l stainless steel refrigerator
• 110 l stainless steel freezer

The work area is designed for professional barista and bistro operations.

On sunny days, the batteries are charged via a 340-watt solar system, and when there is no sun, a 4000 W gas generator is used.

Lounge

The guest area is located in the rear of the trailer and is accessible via a separate door on the left in the middle.

Two large windows provide plenty of light, while long wooden benches create a cozy lounge atmosphere. The area is perfect for relaxing, working, or for event guests.

A large awning shades the windows and the outdoor area.

Sound system

Another highlight is the Alpine multimedia system with 400 W power.

With indoor and outdoor speakers, the trailer can be ideally used for events and creates a pleasant lounge and café atmosphere.

• Alpine multimedia system
• approx. 400 W music output
• Video system
• Outdoor speakers

Condition

The trailer is in very good technical condition, the interior design is high quality, and it is ready for immediate use.
The aluminum skin was not cleaned after the last use, which has caused the typical aluminum shine to be partially lost and the rims to show some rust. The photos show what the Airstream looks like when polished. With a professional aluminum polish, the original Airstream shine can be easily restored.
