Chassis: Design with continuous chassis, newly manufactured in self-supporting aluminum construction with corresponding reinforcements in the lower belt for particularly high stability and strength, reinforced cross members 140mm high (for high ground load), additional reinforcement as a gusset plate in the front lower belt/vehicle frame area, chassis made of galvanized steel up to the support structure.

Axles and Suspension: Disc brake 22.5, Jost (DCA) axle assembly design, 3x9 tons with DCA air suspension, lifting and lowering, Wabco Smartboard information center, electronic brake wear indicator BVA readable in the central control unit (display), 1st axle with starting aid (new EC regulation, without central control unit option), (optional, 1st and 3rd axles can be lifted).

Tires and Wheels: 6 wheels with tires of size 385/65 R 22.5 according to manufacturer's choice (Br-Go-Co) on silver steel rims, 11.75x22.5 ET 120.

Kingpin: 2" screwed into a 10mm thick plate.

Landing Gear: Mech. support winch with two speeds, 2x 20 tons support load with swivel foot.

Braking System: According to EG standard, EBS electronic system Wabco with RSS system (Roll-Stability-Support) and Premium modulator, spring brake system acting on two axles with operation at the rear, aluminum air tank system.

Electrical System: According to the guidelines of EG standard 91/633 and 97/28 with 2 five-chamber lights, type Aspöck Europoint, integrated in the aluminum rear panel, 24-volt system with 1x15-pole and 2x7-pole socket, with side marker lights in LED version, 2 reflective panels on the rear, position lights at the front 2x white, rear 2x red, 2 separate halogen reversing lights integrated in the U-profile.

Body/Dump Body: Body fully welded inside, reinforced side walls, front wall load 17,250 dkn, side and rear wall 13,400 dkn/10,400, aluminum dump body, side walls 30mm thick aluminum plank profiles (2-3 mm) 600mm wide, completely welded with upper and lower belts, plank profiles fully welded inside, floor laid as a sliding floor system on 140mm aluminum cross members, floor load capacity approx. 9 tons/m2, cross members mounted closely together (approx. 350mm), design with special aluminum corner profiles in a beveled design, smooth rear wall in a straight design with 2 aluminum wing doors 50/30mm thick with 2 swivel rod locking mechanisms, fastened in the welded aluminum rear frame in Teflon bearings and stainless steel bearings, doors secured in the open position with one chain each on the side, hard wear plates on the side walls approx. 2000x1500x4mm, fully welded, moving residual emptying wall with Kevlar sheeting approx. 1800mm length plus side brushes with Kevlar sheeting seal, service door in the front wall with ladder, folding inwards.

Hydraulic System: Sliding floor system in the floor with hydraulically moved aluminum profiles on aluminum square profiles with approx. 880 PE-HD sliders plus anti-lifting slide bearings, type CF 10mm floor design, hydraulics with approx. 200mm working stroke, fixed points on the front wall, separate possibility for connecting the hydraulic line under the vehicle with fixed points, line size NW 21, fixed points with size and design to be specified, operating pressure 190-max. 240 bar, aluminum end pieces welded into the sliding floor, electric operation behind the left side with remote control integrated in a lockable waterproof box, without hydraulic hoses.
