The Knaus Boxstar 630 Freeway, practically brand new, has undergone extensive upgrades and now costs almost €70,000. I am reluctantly selling it due to lack of use. It is SUPER-EQUIPPED, especially for insulation and operation in temperatures as low as -40°C. The entire camper has been insulated to withstand temperatures below -40°C. I am selling it solely because it is not being used. It features solar panels, an 80 cm satellite dish with a satellite TV that provides excellent reception even as far north as the North Cape, even at temperatures below -40°C. The water system has been completely overhauled and anti-freeze protected, with an external water pump and surge tank to mitigate water hammer, a pressure regulator, and two internal fresh water tanks with a total capacity of approximately 200 liters. It has four different heating systems: a diesel and electric Truma heater with a dual-temperature hot water boiler, and an additional Webasto Air Top 6000-watt diesel heating system with a completely separate ducting system that heats both the cab and the living area. The gray water tank is completely insulated with a layer of air, marine plywood, and fiberglass, and includes three additional heating coils. When the outside temperature is below -40°C, the gray water exits at a high temperature. It also has an additional Webasto Thermo Top C 3800 engine heater, modified to raise the engine water temperature to 80°C, with hot air blown into the cab, windshield, and the entire living area via a heat exchanger. In short, inside the camper, when it is -40°C outside, you can comfortably wear a tank top. The kitchen has been completely redone with a refrigerator, freezer, and a grill/microwave oven, allowing you to cook anything and even better than at home, powered by 220 volts. The separate bathroom includes a toilet, sink, shower, and a cassette toilet with an external, pull-out tank that is also heated. A 3500-watt inverter provides the same power as a home outlet, allowing you to run all systems. It has a beautiful TEC 29 generator, with a maximum output of 3500 kW, running on gasoline, mounted under the vehicle, in an INOX housing, also insulated with a layer of air, marine plywood, and an air chamber, ensuring it always starts, with an internal ignition switch and oil level indicator, even when it's below -40°C outside.

The camper has been COMPLETELY REBUILT to withstand days in extreme cold, based on the advice and designs of Webasto International technicians.
The 10 kg LPG cylinder compartment is completely heated with an external vent, used only for the cooking stove, with copper pipes running inside the camper in an anti-freeze configuration.
The engine is in excellent condition, has been fully serviced, and includes a tow hitch with a maximum towing capacity of 2500 kg.
It has recently passed inspection, with an enlarged diesel tank of 110 liters, providing a range of over 1000 km. The fuel consumption is very low, and it meets Euro 6+ standards, with 185 hp. The chassis has been reinforced and is height-adjustable, with air suspension for a ride height adjustment of up to 10 cm. It features differentials with a Torsen anti-lock system to prevent slippage on icy roads and steep inclines. Snow chains have never been needed on icy inclines or for starting from a standstill.
