The Knaus Boxstar 630 Freeway, practically new, has been extensively upgraded and is now worth almost €70,000. I am selling it reluctantly due to lack of use. It is SUPER-EQUIPPED, especially for insulation and operation in temperatures down to -40°C. The entire camper is insulated for temperatures below -40°C. I am selling it only because I no longer use it. It features solar panels, an 80 cm satellite dish with a satellite TV that works perfectly even from North Cape in temperatures below -40°C. The water system has been completely overhauled with an external pump to mitigate water hammer, a pressure regulator, and two internal fresh water tanks with a total capacity of approximately 200 liters. It has four different heating systems: a diesel and electric Truma heater with a dual-temperature hot water boiler for the entire living area, plus an additional Webasto Air Top 6000-watt diesel heating system with a completely separate duct that heats both the cabin and the living area. The gray water tank is fully insulated with a marine plywood and fiberglass chamber and includes three additional heating coils. When the outside temperature is below -40°C, the gray water exits the tank hot. There is also a Webasto Thermo Top C 3800 engine heating system, modified to raise the engine water temperature to 80°C, supplying hot air to the cabin, the windshield, and the entire living area via a heat exchanger. In short, inside the camper, when it is -40°C outside, you can comfortably wear a tank top. The kitchen has been completely renovated with a refrigerator, freezer, grill oven, and microwave – the best appliances, allowing you to cook anything and better than at home, using 220-volt power. The bathroom is separate and includes a toilet, sink, shower, and a cassette toilet with an external, pull-out compartment, also heated. A 3500-watt inverter provides the same power as at home to run all systems. It has a beautiful, unique TEC 29 generator with a maximum output of 3500 kW, running on gasoline, mounted under the vehicle. The fuel tank is housed in a stainless steel compartment, also insulated with marine plywood and an air chamber, ensuring that it always starts easily, with an internal on/off switch and an oil level indicator. It starts reliably even when it is -40°C outside.

The camper has been COMPLETELY REBUILT to withstand days in isolation at extremely low temperatures, based on advice and designs from Webasto International technicians.

The 10 kg LPG cylinder compartment is fully heated with an external vent, exclusively for use with the kitchen stove. Copper pipes run inside the camper, positioned to prevent freezing.

The engine is in excellent condition, has been fully serviced, and includes a tow hitch with a maximum towing capacity of 2500 kg.

It has just passed inspection. The diesel tank has been increased to 110 liters, providing a range of over 1000 km. It consumes very little fuel and meets Euro 6+ standards with 185 hp, offering excellent performance. The chassis is reinforced and can be raised beyond the leaf springs using air suspension, allowing for a ride height adjustment of up to 10 cm. The differentials have a Torsen anti-lock system and anti-slip function for icy roads and steep inclines. Snow chains have never been needed on icy roads, even during uphill climbs and starts from a standstill.
