Base frame made of 3 mm sheet steel with fully welded cross tubes, and the corner stanchions made of 60x60 mm are fully welded. All parts are hot-dip galvanized. The floor is made of 18 mm solid briquette industrial plywood. The fenders are made of 2 mm sheet steel, hot-dip galvanized and fully walkable.
