DAF T1300 “Frog” recovery vehicle

In January 1963, this DAF T1300 "Kikker" was newly registered for road use in the Netherlands.
This DAF was most likely originally purchased by Shell and came in the original "Shell Yellow" color.
It was later converted into a recovery vehicle and subsequently operated by a small workshop in Brabant.
After the original garage owner passed away, his son had the vehicle completely restored.
The vehicle has been fully repainted in red; in addition, the brakes and the vacuum pump, among other components, were replaced.
This likely took place around the year 2000.
The bodywork is operated manually, the winch is powered via an intermediate shaft.
The boom is also extendable, and there is also a manual scoop.
The DAF features a 6-cylinder petrol engine (Type: BA475), 2 storage/toolboxes, and 2 hydraulic couplings at the rear of the cabin.
The odometer reading of 19,643 km is most likely original!
