Subframe:
The subframe is a robust welded steel construction, two longitudinal beams with cross members to support the 5 mm thick tipper profile and the 4 mm floor plate made from Hardox or Naxtra. A 1,000 mm high fixed steel front wall with 2 round lashing eyes in the inner area, each positioned externally at half height. Corner stanchions are fixed with bottom-located locks. Rear and side walls (single pieces over full length) are made from aluminum hollow profiles, side walls are fold-down and swinging with sideboard assist. Tailgate also fold-down and swinging, with central locking integrated into the tipper profile. Floor plate made from Hardox or Naxtra with a thickness of 4 mm, cleanly welded to the tipper profile and the longitudinal and cross members.
