This machine is primarily intended for processing mixed construction debris. It can also efficiently process construction or dry waste wood. The two counter-rotating shafts shred the material with a force of approx. 210,000 N/m!

Hourly throughput is highly dependent on the material and the desired final grain size, typically ranging from 80 to 200 tons. This machine is often used as a pre-shredder to prepare tough materials for further processing.

Overband magnet – variable discharge direction
Discharge conveyor hydraulically height-adjustable up to approx. 3.10 m discharge height, corresponding to approx. 30 m³ of material under the belt.
Hydraulic tilting hopper with approx. 2.5 m³ loading capacity, controllable via the remote control.
Quick-change system for fast replacement of the shredder shafts.
(The service life of the shafts is strongly material-dependent and ranges from 200 to 600 hours. The shafts can be hard-faced multiple times and continued to be used before final replacement.)

Large control panel displaying comprehensive machine information and a variety of digital configuration options. Manual panel with push buttons for activating individual functions.
GPS already installed. This allows the manufacturer to remotely view, monitor, and adjust all machine parameters and pressures if necessary. This reduces downtimes to an absolute minimum.

Hydraulically adjustable screen deck for setting grain size in 4 steps (approximate values depending on material):

Shredder shafts approx. 70 cm diameter, made from high-grade Hardox 500/600.
Filling volume above shredder shafts approx. varies; shaft service life approx. 300–500 operating hours, depending on application. Should then be replaced or reconditioned by "armoring welding".
