With every used semi-trailer, you receive a current and complete inspection and functionality report.

Frame:
- Steel frame welded construction with front frame camber and flat low-bed platform
- Neck height 165 mm with external longitudinal beams for extended low-bed
- Includes Wirtgen slope on cambered platform, approx. 850 x 65 mm
- 2” king pin
- = Rear section supported when folded down for use as loading ramp

Front wall:
- Aluminium front wall with chamfered corners, 1,000 mm high
- Front wall lined on inside along full height and width with 3/5 mm aluminium checker plate
- Mesh extension above front wall with 2 brackets for securing lashing chains
- Box for steering, electrohydraulic motor and winch, set approx. 150 mm inward (steering and motor box stacked vertically)

Floor:
- Grating 30/30/5 mm over entire loading surface in low-bed and high-bed areas
- For foldable rear, main frame grating 40/30/25/5
- Bearing bars laid longitudinally to travel direction, 5 mm thick, height 30 or 40 mm
- Grating laid over longitudinal beams, flush with outer frame

Axles and tires:
- 3 x 10,000 kg BPW air suspension axles with S-cam brake (300/200 mm), 360 mm airbag diameter
- Last axle is self-steering, automatically locking in reverse and lockable manually as needed
- 1st axle is a lift axle (operated via SmartBoard)
- Automatic slack adjusters

Fold-down rear with extension:
- Entire loading area behind axle group is hydraulically foldable
- Ramps can also be placed with their tips on a fixed concrete ramp and loaded over ramps (both with extension extended or retracted)
- Load capacity of folded-down rear section:
- 10 t axle load (5 t wheel load) when used as horizontal loading area
- Drivable up to 22 t when used as loading ramp, if rear support (= underride protection) is resting on ground
- Support foot, foldable and height adjustable
- Support foot length designed for ramp loading at ramp heights of 1,100 – 1,300 mm
- Operation via electrohydraulic unit powered from towing vehicle's NATO socket
- Pump unit mounted outside at front wall with connectors
- Separate radio remote control for lift table and fold-down rear operation
- Hydraulic controls installed in stainless steel toolbox (500x350x400 mm) on right side, ahead of axle group
- Fold-down rear can be raised up to approx. 60 degrees, reducing load bed length by approx. 1,300 mm
- Rear extension: 3-part, hydraulically extendable (approx. 800 mm wide per section), extendable to approx. 2,000 mm, controlled by hydraulic pump unit

Accessories included:
- Hydraulically liftable ramp at the camber for driving onto high-bed, full vehicle width, drivable up to 6 t, angle iron welded on camber instead of drive-over plate
- At the camber, vertical chafing protection and upper stop for precise position when raised
- Ramp secured by hold valve
- 9 lashing rings recessed longitudinally centre of loading surface, plus foldable lashing ring ahead of king pin in the centre
- 1 pair 8 t foldable lashing rings towards front wall
- 2 PVC toolboxes
- Radio remote for hydraulic lift/lowering functions of lift bed and fold-down rear
