Equipment Overview

Chassis: Welded construction made from high-grade steel profiles with punched profile cross members. Designed for high point load.

Coupling Device: Fifth-wheel plate with 2-inch kingpin.

Underrun Protection: In compliance with EC directives, bolted version.

Side Impact Protection: In compliance with EC directives.

Landing Legs: 2 x 12 t landing legs with compensation foot and single-side operation, right in driving direction.

Axles: 3 x 9 t air suspension axle units, SAF make, with disc brakes approx. 430x45 mm, hub-piloted wheel connection ET120, ABS, total air suspension lift approx. 180 mm (lift approx. 110 mm, lower approx. 70 mm). Air suspension control via manual regulator with stop function.

Steering: Last axle is force-steered via linkage.

Axle Lift: First axle liftable with fully automatic, load-dependent lift control.

Brake System: Dual-line compressed air brake system according to EC standards with EBS and RSS, automatic load-dependent control, spring-type cylinders as parking brake, anti-swap coupling heads firmly attached on the front cross member, no connecting line to the motor vehicle. Manufacturer: Wabco.

Tyres: 6 pcs, 385/65 R22.5 160J on 11.75 x 22.5 ET120 rims, brand as per manufacturer’s choice. Includes tyre pressure monitoring system, tyre pressure display in driver's cab (pre-wired by truck manufacturer).

Mudguards: In compliance with EC standards, 1/4 PVC mudguards before and after the axle unit.

Load Securing:
- 9 pairs of folding lashing rings, evenly distributed (lashing force approx. 8.0 t)
- 8 pairs of folding lashing rings, evenly distributed (lashing force approx. 2.5 t)
- On the outer frame, bores for lashing straps every approx. 500 mm (lashing straps can be attached when sideboards are closed, outer frame is chamfered).

Stake Pockets:
- 10 pairs of stake pockets on the outer frame, evenly distributed
- 4 rows of crosswise stake pockets across the loading platform

Insertable Stakes:
- 20 insertable stakes made from galvanized tube approx. 80/50 mm, total length approx. 1,000 mm
- Magazine for 20 stakes on the inside of the front wall

Front Wall: Reinforced steel structure, fixed, interior lined with approx. 9 mm phenolic plywood (approx. 1,250 mm high).

Floor: Approx. 28 mm Z-hardwood floor recessed within outer frame.

Sideboards: 4 x 250 mm sideboards and rear wall made of anodized aluminium hollow profiles, foldable and removable, detachable Kinnegrip-stakes.

Sideboard and Stake Magazine: Insertion rails for sideboards and stakes under the chassis left and right.

Lighting System: According to EC standards, 24V with multi-chamber lights, LED side marker lights, LED front position lights, LED rear outline marker lights, license plate lights. 1 x 15-pin and 2 x 7-pin sockets on front cross member.

- Work light on lamp support (switched to reverse gear)
- Holder for revolving beacon at rear, incl. revolving beacon
